Tax Notices Received
Please upload every Tax Notice, Letter or Communication received from the Internal Revenue Service, and/or from a State Tax Authority as soon as you receive it in the mail. This will enable Accountants on Air to process the Notice by the Due Date on the Notice.
Upload ALL pages, front and back, of the entire Notice. Not uploading all pages of every Notice will delay the processing of your Notice by the Due Date on the Notice. It may ultimately lead to higher fees charged by Accountants on Air, as well.
Please upload ALL Notices directly into your client portal that you have with Accountants on Air. We are not accepting the receipt of Tax Notices or any other documentation as attachments to email transmissions any longer. Such attachments can invade the privacy of our clients; can have your tax identity stolen; and will reduce the risk of such attached document being lost or misplaced. The fees that Accountants on Air charges may be higher if these document uploading instructions are not followed.
